Hi, I’m Kobi,
I’m a Mindset & Wellness Coach, here to guide women home back to themselves, their breath, and the pace that life was always meant to move at.
I believe in slow living, not as doing less, but as being more present. It’s where you find your truth again. Where joy and peace live beneath the noise.
I also believe that women don’t heal alone, we heal in the reflections of each other.
When we gather, breathe, and share our stories, something shifts. The masks fall away, and we remember who we’ve always been.
Through Coaching, Breathwork, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and my own lived experiences I help women soften the overwhelm, reconnect to their inner rhythm, and create lives that feel deeply aligned, not rushed, not forced, but real.
With a background in nursing, personal training, and my own journey through burnout, I bring a holistic approach that blends neuroscience, spirituality, and feminine energy.
Together, we work gently and powerfully to restore balance in your body, your mind, and your world.
