I want to share a story with you, it's a story that even now as I tell it brings up such emotion in my body. A story from 2022 June/July school holidays where my giving to everyone else and putting myself last reached a point of burnout. I'd been numbing my feelings for a long time with alcohol, food, scrolling, work, running, and being "busy". Because I just didn't know who I was anymore, outside of the roles and responsibilities. I felt hopeless, lonely and misunderstood and I didn't even know what I wanted anymore, I just knew things needed to change.
Well the universe provides in unusual ways sometimes, and right after these holidays I reached a point of not being able to work for 5 months and barely functioning. I went back to work after the holiday that was meant to "fix" me, to come back to my nursing role refreshed and inspired but instead I began having panic attacks, PTSD symptoms and my depression hit an all time low. I had to start to look at myself and I dove into a deep journey of self development. This course has been created from all of the learning and growth that I've done since then. I've put together the key things that will help you on your own journey and in an affordable little package because I know how hard it can be to invest in yourself.

From Burnout to Balance, My Journey to Holding It All
I know what it’s like to be a woman running on empty. To feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of who you even are anymore.
A few years ago, I hit that breaking point. I was doing all the things working, parenting, trying to keep relationships alive, fit in self-care, and still somehow feel “good enough.” I read the books. I listened to the podcasts. I knew what I should be doing... but I still felt stuck. Burnt out. Exhausted. Drowning in the mental load.
The journey to finding myself wasn’t fast or easy and though was worth every step. And I made a promise that I’d help other women find their way too without the same struggle.
Hi, I’m Kobi Pollock mindset & wellness coach, breathwork facilitator, registered nurse, working mum, and a woman who now knows exactly who she is, what she stands for, and how to hold it all with more ease, grace, and fun.
When I discovered the power of mindset work, nervous system regulation, and truly integrating those shifts into everyday life it changed everything. I went from chaos and burnout to calm, confident, and deeply connected to myself.
Now, I guide other working mums through that same transformation with coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Breathwork. I truly believe that women don't heal alone, they heal in the reflections of each other, and this is reflected in all of my work.
