About me...

Hi, I’m Kobi Pollock a mindset and empowerment coach, Breathwork facilitator, working mum, and a woman who knows exactly what it feels like to be where you are.

 

For years, I tried to do all the things: work, motherhood, relationships, self-care. I read the books, listened to the podcasts, I knew what I needed to do, yet still felt stuck in overwhelm, self-doubt, and exhaustion. I kept wondering: Why can’t I figure this out?

 

That’s when I discovered the missing pieces: nervous system regulation, feminine energy, and the power of deeply integrating mindset shifts into everyday life. It changed everything. I went from feeling burnt out and disconnected to feeling calm, confident, and in control of my life while still holding all the things that matter most to me.

 

Now, I help other women to do the same. Through Journey To You, I’ll walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, create lasting shifts, and finally experience the ease and fulfillment you've been craving.
