OUT OF HER MIND
WOMENS' WELLNESS EVENT
Not just another event. A movement Bundaberg didn't realise it needed.
You’ve been running on autopilot, doing everything for everyone.
This is your moment to pause, exhale, and remember who you are.
Out of Her Mind is a soul-deep, nervous-system-soothing, belief-breaking experience for the woman who’s tired of keeping it all together and is ready to feel held, seen, and reconnected.
It’s also for the woman who knows, deep down, that there’s more.
More joy, more freedom, more truth.
And she’s ready to rise into it.
This isn’t just a women’s event.
It’s a gentle rebellion, a movement & a homecoming.
A space to drop the mental load and return to the woman underneath it all.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, emotionally fried, or simply craving a deeper kind of connection… this is for you.
Nervous system tools that feel like an exhale (Breathwork, meditation, visualisation).
Embodiment + mindset practices to shift your energy.
'Aha' moments that will shift your beliefs and rewire your mind.
Tools & activities to quiet the noise in your mind and hear your truth.
Moments of laughter, stillness, movement & release with women that just get it.
You’re tired of overthinking, over-giving, and over-functioning.
You want to feel lighter, clearer and work out who you are beneath it all.
You’re seeking real connection.
You’re ready to step into that next level version of you.

About your host.
Hi, I’m Kobi Pollock, a mindset & wellness coach, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, breathwork facilitator, hypnosis practitioner, podcast host, registered nurse, mum, wife, farm mum and the woman behind Out of Her Mind.
I work with women who are juggling it all and feel like they’re losing themselves in the process. The career women, the mums, the nurses, the givers, the doers... the women who feel the weight of the world on their shoulders… and know, deep down, that there has to be more.
Years ago, I hit my own breaking point. I was burnt out, disconnected, and constantly in survival mode. It took slowing down, doing the deep inner work, and reconnecting with me to finally feel whole again, and that's when I decided that I wanted to support other women in doing the same.
This night was born from a deep belief that:
WOMEN DON'T HEAL ALONE,
WE HEAL IN THE REFLECTIONS OF EACH OTHER.
I’m here to guide you from your head back to your heart.
To remind you that you’re not broken, you’re just buried. And that your power, your peace, your you-ness is still there, waiting to rise. After the incredible success of our first event, I knew we had to do it again, this time with even more intention, impact, and heart for the women of Bundaberg.
Let this be your permission slip to pause, to breathe, and to find the woman you are beneath the noise.
I can’t wait to hold this space with you.

Out of her mind was exactly what I needed to reset. I walked away grounded, inspired and with simple tools to come back to myself. Kobi's energy was so warm and the atmosphere she created was just beautiful. I'll definately be back for the next one.

This is exactly what women in Bundaberg have needed for so long! What an amazing opportunity to bring women together and share, connect and support each other. Thank you - heart and soul - for inviting us to come together and simply be there, present and together to learn and grow. I will be back❤️
Mandy
I had so much fun connecting with other like-minded women and learning more about my mind and nervous system. It's given me tools to support myself and to move forwards with what I want to create in my life.
