Kobi Pollock is a mindset and nervous system coach, breathwork facilitator, and author of Out Of Her Mind – The SLOW Living Way

She helps women step out of overthinking, burnout, overwhelm and reconnect with their bodies, stories and power. Kobi’s work blends nervous system regulation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, and slow living practices to create spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported.

Through her events, group programs and coaching Kobi guides women to move out of their mind and back into their body so they can live with clarity, confidence, and presence, because real change happens from the inside out.
