Week 1: Awareness & The Comfort Zone
Begin by coming home to yourself. This week is about slowing down, becoming aware of your thoughts and patterns, and exploring the space between comfort and growth. You’ll start to notice where you’ve been holding back and what’s calling you forward.
Week 2: Language & Your Experience of the World
The words you use shape your reality. This week, you’ll uncover how language, thoughts, and meaning create your daily experience and how to shift them to create a more empowered, peaceful inner world.
Week 3: The Woman Within
Reconnect with your essence. Through creativity, values, and the natural cycles of womanhood, you’ll rediscover who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and “shoulds.” This is where alignment begins.
Week 4: Embodiment & Empowerment
This is where everything integrates and you experience true calm. You’ll embody your new awareness, anchor your energy, and step confidently into the woman you are becoming... grounded, clear, and empowered.

Is this for mums only?
No. This is for any woman who wants to step out of survival mode and into a life that feels good.
Absolutely. You’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable with. This is a safe, non-judgemental space where your pace and privacy are always respected.
Many women find that simply listening to others’ stories helps them realise they’re not alone and often, that in itself is deeply healing. You’ll take what resonates, reflect in your own way, and discover your own insights. There’s no pressure, no comparison, just women walking side-by-side, learning from one another, and finding comfort in knowing: we all have a story and we heal in the reflections of each other.
About your coach.
Kobi Pollock is a Mindset and Nervous System Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Podcast Host, Keynote Speaker and Author of Out Of Her Mind.
She helps women step out of overthinking, burnout, overwhelm, autopilot and reconnect with their bodies, stories and power. Kobi’s work blends nervous system regulation, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Breathwork, and practices to create spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported.
Through her events, group programs and coaching Kobi guides women to move Out Of Their Mind and back into their body so they can live with clarity, confidence, and presence, because real change happens from the inside out.
